The meeting will be attended by a special guest Anupam Prakash from HEWITT Associates India who will present an economic model based on knowledge. Jim Costello, President of Southwestern will present outsourcing of the state functions based on Ireland example. The issue will also be brought up by Piotr Ciżkowicz, Director of Better Government Program, Ernst & Young. This part of the conference will be commented by the meeting’s honorary guest – Mr Andrzej Olechowski.

At the end of the Forum, Mr Kazimierz Krupa, Forbes’ Editor in Chief will award best investors for: the biggest BPO investment in terms of the number of jobs generated, the most innovative investment, the investment project with the most dynamic employment structure and the decision to choose an “uncovered” investment location.
