Wojtek Gurgul
CEO
As a founder and the CEO of PGS Software, Wojtek is responsible both for the long-term strategic decision making and for managing day-to-day business operations. With over 14 years of professional experience, including 5 years as an IT Manager in a major furniture company and 9 years in IT management roles at General Electric Company, his main field of expertise is leading complex projects in distributed environments. Wojtek speaks English fluently and holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics. He’s married with four kids.
Paweł Gurgul
Managing Director
A founder and the Managing Director of PGS Software, Pawel has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT market. He started his career as a software developer in Germany, but soon went on to become a successful consultant, project manager, and a board member. He also managed the Polish branches of two German software companies. He is proficient in both English and German, and he holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. Pawel is married and has three sons.
Andrzej Gaweł
Program Manager
Andrzej, a talented Program Manager, joined PGS Software in 2006. Previously, he had worked in IT departments of several major European companies, including Siemens, AIG Credit and Heiler Software AG. He also successfully led many independent projects, working in JAVA and .NET. Andrzej is responsible for coordinating the Rzeszow branch of PGS Software, but he is also involved in finding new talents to fill the company ranks. Experience taught him to appreciate the beauty of well written code and the elegance of well-designed software architectures. He’s married and he has two daughters.
Bartosz Jablonski
Program Manager
Bartosz has been working as a Program Manager and Team Leader at PGS Software for five years. As a certified Scrum Master, perfectly fluent in English, he has a broad experience in managing distributed teams, and an impressive track record. He has successfully managed both small and large projects for clients all over the globe. He holds a PhD in Robotics and Automation and a Master’s Degree in Electronics from the Wroclaw University of Technology. He’s married with two children.
Krzysztof Rolak
Program Manager
When Krzysztof joined PGS Software, he was already an outstanding software developer and a successful consultant. One of his achievements was implementing a single-logon web solution for several major US banks. Currently, an experienced Program Manager at PGS, he coordinates multiple software projects, many of which he personally led through the start-up phase. He’s also responsible for preparing business proposals and coaching various development teams. He’s a certified Scrum Master with excellent English communication skills, and a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer. He holds a degree in Software Engineering.
Radek Soska
Program Manager
Working as a Program Manager and Team Leader at PGS Software, over the last 5 years Radek has managed a range of projects – from simple websites to complex, innovative e-commerce solutions. A certified Scrum Master and a true believer in the SCRUM methodology, he uses the agile approach in all his projects. He has in-depth knowledge of many technologies, including Delphi, C++ Builder, WPF, ASP.NET, and MVC.NET. He’s a fluent English speaker. He has a wife and a daughter called Ola.
Marcin Stawarz
Program Manager
Marcin joined PGS Software in 2006. Back then, he had already had extensive experience in creating large financial IT systems for both private and government agencies. Now, as a Program Manager and Team Leader, he is responsible for working with key customers, finalizing outsourcing deals, managing various teams, estimating costs, as well as introducing new tools and technologies. Whenever he can find a moment, he enjoys writing a line or two of code. He’s an excellent English speaker. He has a wife and two sons named Adam and Tymoteusz.
