Wojtek Gurgul - CEO (38) is founder of PGS Software. He holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics of Technical University of Wroclaw, Poland. Wojtek has 14 years professional experience in management in IT. He has been working 5 years for one of the largest furniture stores chain in Poland as IT Manager, and later 9 years on various leadership positions in one of the biggest American corporations. Wojtek has great experience in leading complex projects with virtual Global teams. He speaks English. Wojtek is married and has 3 kids: two daughters and a son. |

Pawel Gurgul - Managing Director (45) is founder of PGS Software. He holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering of Technical University of Wroclaw, Poland. Pawel Gurgul has 15 years professional experience in IT market. Prior to funding PGS Software, he has been managing two Polish branches of German software companies. Pawel Gurgul began his professional career as software developer in Germany. The next steps were consultant, project manager, branch manager and member of the board. He has experience with IT projects for international companies. He speaks English and German. Pawel Gurgul is married and has 3 sons. |
