Poland to Get Additional Funds from EU
Posted March 9th, 2010 in Business news by Ela Pawełek-LuberaPoland together with Czech Republic and Slovakia will receive up to EUR 3 bln in additional EU funds for years 2011-13, EU Commissioner for budget and financial programing Janusz Lewandowski told reporters.
“For years 2011-2013 there will be an additional sum of structural funds,” Lewandowski said. “This is EUR 3 bln at most for the three countries.”
The increase comes on account of higher-than-expected GDP growth.
