Polish Exports to Britain Grows Despite Crisis

Polish exports to the UK grew 8.8% y/y and hit EUR 6.1 bln (or GBP 4.6 bln) in 2009; Puls Biznesu daily writes citing the stats researcher GUS data and Polish-British commerce chamber BPIH head Michael Dembinski.

Thanks to the hike, Poland jumped three positions up on the list of biggest importers to the UK, the daily adds.
