SQL Search

Redgate recently released the first version of its new product – SQL Search.

SQL Search is an add-in to the SQL Management Studio. It works with both SQL 2005 and 2008 – also with Express versions.

This application allows you to search for anything in the database schema:) The specified text is searched, i.e. in names of tables, columns or the content of procedures. You can find references between any objects in the data base very quickly and easily.

SQL Search can be downloaded from http://www.red-gate.com/products/SQL_Search/index.htm. There are also screens which describe how it works.

And now the best – this program is FREE :)
