He’s the one who started all this 11 years ago! Exploring the IT market for over 20 years, he worked as a software developer in Germany, then project manager and board member to finally open his own IT outsourcing company. MSc in Computer Science.
Andrzej GawelHead of Development (Rzeszow)
Joined in 2006. Used to work for major European corporations including Siemens. Responsible for the Rzeszow delivery centre of PGS Software and actively searching for young talent out there. Has a long-life passion for beautifully designed software architectures.
Bartosz JablonskiHead of Development (Wroclaw)
Has been with us for over 9 years. As a certified Scrum Master with tens of projects accomplished, he has what it takes to ensure best in class delivery and staff satisfaction. PhD in Robotics and Automation, MSc in Electronics.
Grzegorz WidziszowskiHead of Development (Gdańsk)
He began his adventure with programming over 30 years ago. He joined PGS Software in 2005 as a graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology. During his time at the company, he had the opportunity to develop software in a wide variety of technologies, most notably, for the e-commerce sector. Later, having become Team Leader, he led teams of PGS Software programmers. He has been managing the PGS Software Gdańsk branch since 2017.

Monika MaraszekHead of HR
Monika joined PGS Software due to her extensive experiences in building diverse IT teams for foreign clients. She comes from the outsourcing background, having worked for 5 years at Rinf, where she advanced to the rank of HR Manager. At PGS Software she built our entire HR department and is responsible for finding top specialists and graduates using all existing recruitment technologies.
